Serves her right for lying like that …
Sen. Kamala Harris (D-Calif.) alleged Friday that Rudy Giuliani “clearly broke some rules,” but crumbled under the weight of her unsubstantiated claims when CNN host Anderson Cooper questioned them.
“I’m just glad to see that the process is beginning to really do the investigation into Rudy Giuliani. He has clearly broken many laws,” Harris shared with Cooper.
The Democratic presidential candidate responded to reports that Giuliani — who serves as the personal attorney of President Donald Trump — tried to secure a visa from the State Department for former Ukraine prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who had promised Giuliani dirt on the Democrats, it was reported by CNN.
Harris characterized Giuliani’s actions as “further evidence of corruption” by the Trump administration. She said Giuliani’s actions demonstrate a violation of an “extraordinary number of rules and ethical laws.”

But when Cooper asked about which rules or regulations Giuliani had broken, Harris was unable to name one.
“Are there specific laws that you believe has broken,” Cooper questioned.
“Well, I, I, I don’t know,” Harris stumbled.
The lawmaker from California went on to speculate on the “range” of crimes she believes Giuliani has committed, citing power abuse, bribery, and lying about the breadth of his work.
