According to Breitbart News, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) admitted that 2020 presidential hopeful Bernie Sander’s Medicare for All proposal may not become a reality.
“A president can’t wave a magic wand and pass any legislation they want,” Ocasio-Cortez stated.
“The worst-case scenario? We compromise deeply and we end up getting a public option,” she continued.
“Is that a nightmare? I don’t think so,” she added.
