He is done playing around.
Trump’s administration has recently stated that America will be halting funding to the World Health Organization because an investigation is being held to look into the organization’s alleged “mismanagement.”
Trump stated, “Today I’m instructing my administration to halt funding of the World Health Organization while our review is conducted to assess the World Health Organization’s role in severely mismanaging and covering up the spread of the coronavirus.”
“American taxpayers provide between $400 million and $500 million per year to the WHO. In contrast, China contributes roughly $40 million a year and even less…as the organization’s leading sponsor, the United States has a duty to insist on full accountability.”
With this we hope the WHO will be held accountable for their actions. Especially when a WHO official had said that the organization knew “right from the start” that human-to-human transmission was a possibility, but then posting:
Preliminary investigations conducted by the Chinese authorities have found no clear evidence of human-to-human transmission of the novel #coronavirus (2019-nCoV) identified in #Wuhan, #China🇨🇳. pic.twitter.com/Fnl5P877VG
