This should not be allowed…
States are beginning to reopen their economies, however, some counties are imposing strict restrictions on what businesses can and can’t do in order to reopen. Knox County in Tennessee is allowing churches to reopen, but the Lord’s Supper will be banned.
An order was released stating that Communion was not part of “core worship” and will be restricted.

The Constitution states that, “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof” and we have governments restricting what can and cannot be done in a religious place.
The current outbreak is a threat, however, it makes no sense to impose such strict restrictions.
