Joe Biden can be seen without his mask right after signing a mask mandate that calls for everyone to wear a mask on federal grounds.
A report from The Washington Post states, “The most pressing of his priorities are measures to combat the deadly coronavirus pandemic. Biden signed executive actions to require masks on all federal grounds and asked agencies to extend moratoriums on evictions and on federal student loan payments.”
However, after signing the mandate, Biden can be seen without a mask standing only a couple feet away from another person.
